5 Stars - Kevin Was Awesome! I had an amazing experience at Gordon Ramsay Burger in downtown Chicago. Kevin took care of us and truly went above and beyond. Super friendly, professional, and gave great recommendations. I ordered the truffle burger with onion rings—absolutely on point. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Kevin checked in just enough to make sure we were good without being overbearing. Great vibes, great food, and top-notch service. Ask for Kevin if you go!

Very friendly service, great food. My wife ordered the beer soup and dint like it ,they were kind enough to just take it off our bill without asking them to. Incredible burger!

Always an amazing experience and the best food at Ramsay’s burger. The burgers are full of flavour and decently priced for the food they’re serving. Hell’s Kitchen burger & brunch burger are all time favourites. Beer battered onion rings are a must try. But, I wanted to try something new for my latest visit here, so we tried their truffle & backyard burgers. The choices did not disappoint The best part is that you could get the meat option either fried or grilled for all the burgers. The restaurant is packed all the time, but they do not make you wait too long for the food. I look forward to visit again soon.

This is my second time eating at Gordon Ramsay Burger, the first time being in Vegas. Luckily, we walked in and it was not busy so we received service immediately and the food came out relatively quick. The quality of the burger is outstanding and the flavors mix together perfectly. Worth a stop if you're in the area and looking for a great burger.

I absolutely loved this place. Not only am I a fan of Gordon Ramsay, just heard amazing things about the restaurant itself. I had the truffle burger which was cooked perfectly. My fiance had the Backyard burger and was also cooked to perfection. Extremely great service and a good atmosphere. We were watching the Super Bowl and they even made sure we could hear the game from the TVs. Will be coming back, 10/10 recommended.

So good! All 4 diners had different burgers. They were all cooked perfectly according to what was ordered. Just messy enough. The onion rings are the best I've ever had. 5* no doubt!

Alyse was very fast, efficient, and kind. She offered great service, and was kind enough to offer suggestions on local things to do in the area. The food was fresh and came to the table fast. The fries were okay, but we REALLY liked the corn dip. Burgers were great!
